Refund and Return Policy for Webshop

In addition to the legal European regulations for online purchases, the following conditions apply to our webshop:

  1. Orders will be dispatched within a maximum of three working days, with the aim of shipping on the day of the order or the following day.
  2. cannot be held responsible for issues with the carrier’s service.
  3. The buyer can withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after the purchase, provided this is communicated by email to within that period and confirmed.
  4. These orders can only be accepted for return if they are entirely complete, unused, and undamaged. The purchase amount will be refunded once the order is received in good condition.
  5. In case a delivered order is incomplete or incorrect, and in the event of faulty products reported to by the buyer, will promptly rectify this and resend the correct products free of charge, within a period of three months from the purchase date if feasible.
  6. If a delivered order is found to be incomplete, incorrect, or if faulty products prevent the game from being played, will accept the full return of the order and refund the purchase amount along with the shipping costs to the buyer. This applies within a period of three months from the purchase date.
  7. For returning incorrect or incomplete (partial) orders, will provide the buyer with a prepaid return label free of charge via email.
  8. will only refund faulty products if they are received in good condition within 14 calendar days after filing a complaint.
