By signing up as a partner in the affiliate program of Mystery-Party-Games.com, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Affiliate program explanation

Affiliate marketing involves promoting our products on your website and/or social media. You will receive a commission on orders placed on Mystery-Party-Games.com through your channels.

Participation is Free

Joining the affiliate program of Mystery-Party-Games.com is free of charge. Once your application to become a partner is approved, you can start immediately.

How does it work?

  • Affiliate marketing at Mystery-Party-Games.com revolves around unique affiliate links. As a partner, all orders that come through your link are automatically linked to your affiliate account. For each order, you receive a pre-agreed commission.
  • Through the Partner Dashboard, you can create links to various products yourself.
  • A general referral link to our website is also available..
  • We provide banners and QR codes that you can use.

Sales and commission registration.

  • Every link on your site contains a unique identification code (partner ID). Whenever a visitor makes purchases through your site, we record this. It is crucial, therefore, to always use the code from our affiliate program when creating your links.
  • Mystery-Party-Games.com has a cookie duration of 90 days.

Checking earnings

In the affiliate program, you log in to your personal partner page. There, you will find various reports, including details on the amount you have earned up to that moment, the number of hits and visits, and a breakdown of all orders that have come through your links.

Commission Percentage

The standard commission for Dutch and Belgian partners is 15%, unless otherwise agreed upon. Different commissions, individually determined per partner, apply to other countries. Commission is calculated on the net revenue of approved orders, excluding VAT and shipping costs.

Order Approval

Orders are approved when the customer does not return the product within fourteen days and has paid the invoice.

Payout of Commissions

Settlement occurs on a monthly basis. Due to potential returns, the commission for a specific month is paid at the end of the subsequent month. Commissions are disbursed when they amount to €50 or more. If the commission is below €50, it is accumulated and paid out in the following month upon exceeding the threshold.

Invoicing and VAT

Invoicing is not necessary; we will send you a credit note and transfer the commission to your account. For Dutch organizations, 21% VAT applies. For EU member countries with a VAT number, the VAT can be shifted.

Duration of the Agreement

The duration of this affiliate agreement is one year and is then automatically renewed.

Account Terms and Conditions

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • A login may only be used by one organization.
  • Sharing a login is not allowed.
  • The partner is responsible for account and password security. Mystery-Party-Games.com is not liable for any consequences of non-compliance.
  • Content texts about products must be approved by us in advance to prevent inaccuracies or misunderstandings.
  • Mystery-Party-Games.com has the right to disqualify commissions in case of fraudulent, illegal, or aggressive behavior.
  • The agreement can be terminated by either party, with or without giving a reason, at any time with written notice.
  • Mystery-Party-Games.com reserves the right to refuse service.
  • The agreement ends immediately if the affiliate program is used for illegal purposes.
  • No violation of laws when using the service (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).
  • The use of the service must comply with the legislation of the partner’s jurisdiction.

  • Terms and partnership are governed by Dutch law.
  • Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
